I acknowledge that the current labor rate for Pierre Steel Mfg. is $115 per hour and the rate is billed for all working service hours which include product designing and prototyping, as well as time spent discussing projects.

I acknowledge that an estimate given, whether verbal, written, implied, or otherwise, holds no bearing on the final bill and is intended only as a starting point for products or services rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the commencement of said project. Furthermore, I acknowledge that any changes made to a project, before completion, will nullify and void a previously stated estimate.

I acknowledge that Pierre Steel Mfg. does not provide professional engineering services and that any products or items that are subject to state or federal building guidelines must be pre-engineered by an applicable, certified engineering firm.

I acknowledge that payment for products or services must be made in full, prior to receiving, unless prior written arrangements have been agreed upon.

I acknowledge that Pierre Steel Mfg. is not responsible for damage or loss incurred to my property while in possession of Pierre Steel Mfg. by causes including, wind, hail, rain, snow, lightning, fire, flood, theft, or any other cause that is out of the control of Pierre Steel Mfg.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the above stated terms and that I am an authorized representative of the business or company, listed above, and that I am authorized to solicit the services of Pierre Steel Mfg., on behalf of that company.
